BeriTech offers downloadable, non-tangible digital products. Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, except where required by law or under special circumstances outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same email and payment method.
  • Corrupted or Unusable File: If you cannot access or open the file and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days.
  • Irreparable Technical Error on Delivery: If you do not receive the download link due to a system fault and support fails to deliver it within 72 hours.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your specific tools or platform (please read product descriptions carefully)
  • Claims of “no longer needed” or “accidental purchase”
  • Lack of technical skill to implement the material
